For six months, I also worked for a company called Food Radio. The role involved interviews, production, research and guest booking for shows for chef Allegra McEvedy and Katie Derham (ITV newscaster). Topics ranged from debates on supermarket sourcing and organic food to one to one interviews with Minister Jeff Rooker and Lord Peter Melchett. For The London Paper, I recorded, edited and took the pictures for audio slideshows around London.
