Since March 2006, I have worked
for Food Radio as broadcast assistant,
a role that involved interviews, production, research and guest
booking for shows for Allegra McEvedy (Guardian chef) and Katie Derham (ITV newscaster).

Topics ranged from debates on supermarket sourcing and organic food to one to one interviews with Minister Jeff Rooker and Lord Peter Melchett. Please see www.foodradio.com for examples of broadcasts.

I have also recorded and edited content myself, including a broadcast from Abergavenny Food Festival.

For The London Paper, I have recorded, edited and taken the pictures for audio slideshows around London.
